Jonathan Cooper Park Walk Gallery has been promoting contemporary figurative artists since 1988. The gallery represents international artists specialising in botanical, figurative, photography and wildlife art. Solo exhibitions are held throughout the year and mixed exhibitions are shown at major international fairs.

The exhibition is in support of Hauser Bears, a charitable organisation committed to the conservation of bears worldwide. The exhibition will include fifteen ceramic sculptures, bronzes and drawings depicting a wide range of arctic animals, including; polar bears, seals, arctic foxes, walruses and arctic hares.
Brett works into the clay’s surface with scratches and brush strokes, techniques normally associated with drawing and painting. The expressiveness of her mark-making gives the animals she depicts a vitality and immediacy, embracing the raw qualities of the clay to suggest the wildness of the beast.
