Amanda Holden - (TV Presenter)
Amanda caught the acting bug very early on in her life, performing in local theatre productions from the age of nine, progressing to then join and subsequently graduate from the prestigious Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts in North London.
She has since become a familiar face on our television screens, with roles in Wild at Heart, Eastenders, Cutting It and many others and most recently as a judge on the hit ITV Britain’s Got Talent. Amanda has also courted offers from the U.S and is a regular with CBS program on ‘The Early Show’ as their British correspondent.
Amanda is no stranger to the West End stage , having wowed audiences in the adaptation of ‘Thoroughly Modern Millie’, she has now been lined up to play the role of Princess Fiona in the 2011 production of ‘Shrek’ in the West End.
Having also run the London Marathon in aid of The Born Free Foundation in a very respectable time of , it appears there is nothing Amanda Holden can’t turn her hand to and a busy future awaits her.
